Job responsibilities:

1. Production capacity assessment, resource optimization, continuous improvement of production efficiency, and assistance to the production line to solve problems;

2. Formulate standard working hours and personnel quota to provide a basis for the company's efficiency improvement and cost evaluation;

3. Optimize and rationally arrange production layouts to increase space utilization;

4. Improve operation methods, determine standardized procedures, improve operation efficiency and management efficiency, and reduce waste;

5. Analyze manufacturing cost, reduce scrap cost and manufacturing cost.
